I've been playing guitar for a couple of years and love finger-picking and folk. I'm a junior in college right now and I'm trying to figure out my creative process with regards to songwriting. It's always been a terribly long and hit-or-miss process for me, and I know I'll never write successfully if I can't sit down and crank out a song for better or worse. I'm kind of a perfectionist; it's kind of a pain.
