About this user
I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use.
-Galileo Galilei
I have never met a man so ignorant that I couldn't learn something from him.
-Galileo Galilei
I believe in God, only I spell it Nature.
— Frank Lloyd Wright
In my early education of high school and prior, I didn't know much about evolution while I saw some history that people wanted to be able to teach creationism along side. At the time, I figured why not? Teaching more means more to understand. I never took biology in high school, but I took chemistry and doubted the atomic models, until I understood how science works. In college, I finally learned about evolution, the support, and all the details. I ran into some creationists that opposed evolution giving me the first anti-evolution arguments I've heard. They were about thermodynamics and I didn't know thermodynamics so I could say nothing. I investigated and found that the argument was fallacious based on misunderstanding of thermodynamics and biology. From that point, I've opposed fallacious arguments against science.
