About Dr. John Blenio, Chiropractic Physician in San Mateo, California

I am a Chiropractic Physician in San Mateo, California. I not only specialize in injuries or dysfunction of the spine, back, and neck, but I'm also certified in Active Release Therapy. I specialize in treating rotator cuff injuries, shoulder pain, tennis elbow, and many other injuries of muscles and bones.

I particularly enjoy treating athletes. I am a former college football player, expert downhill mountain bike racer, and have participated in many sports (basketball, soccer, track and field, among others).

Because I have played sports at a relatively high level, I can relate to what elite and professional athletes experience (to some degree). My education and expertise make me highly qualified to care for athletes at all levels. The body does not make a distinction between competitive level.
