look everyone some people just have the genetics for it and some dont, were all built different, if he's drug free he's prob been working out since he was 14. naturally it takes a long time to build that much muscle.

@gymini29 yeah when heavily abused like 1500 a week. 400 a week should work great. any more than 600 a week woulod really be a waste.

@twinbnewsom1 he doesnt go up all the way because he is focusing mainly on the chest muscles, if you lock out your arms your hitting triceps. they dont lock out to keep constant tension on the pecs.
