hi....!

i spend 40 - 43 hours a week at the gym!

Well, i havent been able to get to the gym during this summer except for a few times (i've been traveling and doing stuff) and now i'm busy with my high school dance team! but during the school year i usually spend about 3 or so hours per week at the gym :)

That's cool! Just keep working on it. Remember to stand up on the spring board and block with your hands and shoot your toes up towards where the ceiling and wall meet. I used to think that... In level 6 I was the state vault champion!:) You can do it! Haha when I first started gym and I did flat backs, my coaches would stack the mats really high and I'd be afraid. I remember crying because I was so scared! Hahaha/
