Born in Spanish Town, Jamaica. Attended Northeast High School in Florida. Later attended Full Sail in Orlando Florida later Moved to Tallahassee where He attended Florida A&M University. Moved to New York worked at CBS. Then transferred to MTV. Jay Will later left MTV to pursue a full time directing career. He formed his own company Jay Will Films/Creative Source where He and Carleene Samuels produce, direct, a variety of shorts, documentaries, music videos, TV shows, and Commercials. Some of our work include: M.I.A "Boyz", Shaggy "Bad Man Don't Cry", Lee Scratch Perry "Pum Pum", Mr. Vegas "Hot Wuk", T.O.K "Footprints", Voicemail "Wacky Dip" and many more.
