@1213grandjeep Look up Werner Klemperers biography, it's really very interesting. His family escaped Nazi rule prior to the war. He was a highly intelligent, extremely well educated, talented musician, actor, artist. To bad he's mainly remembered for roles like this.

@packer041 Yeah, some just don't know the difference. the show is about wartime soldiers in a German Prisoner of War camp, not a concentration camp. My father was born in a Concentration camp in Kiel, Germany, and he thought the show was hilarious. Though, not a lot of fond memories about the cam...

@hatamimbixen Not to detract from the suffering of the People of the Jewish faith or their accomplishments, however FDR's take on ending the Holocaust was that the sooner the Nazi Germany could be could be taken out of the war in it's entirety the sooner The Holocaust could be brought to an end.
