i've got the album cover in front of me... and as someone else commented the background vocals are credited to a group called wildflower.... there is also a list of women thanked in the liner notes.... not sure if they are the members of wildflower... i also find it hilarious how they butched up ...

@j1455p patti is one of my favorite vocalists... but teena killed this one... patti is huge one this... but teena really did it up... this is my fav version of the song btw... heard it on the car radio when it first came out....but didn't hear the artists name... spent a week trying to find out....

i remember when this came out... it got s**ty airplay.... it should have gotten chuck a gold record.... and dj kool just killed it....
