James is a social designer entrepreneur who has spent time designing shelter solutions with a Cambridge University based NGO providing transitional shelter support for UN bodies, worked with Engineers Without Borders and undertaken Field Logistics training with Red‐R Registered Engineers for Disaster Relief. In 2007 he co-founded Red Button Design in order to capitalise on his experience in both the design and humanitarian sectors. Starting Red Button Design has been a major step towards James vision of driving sustainable humanitarian development through enterprise.
