My husband and I FINALLY found out we were expecting our first child on Aug 16th 2009 after about 7 years of TTC. We did IUI twice before it took but it did. Out pregnancy was going great until Jan 27th 2010 when I had to have an emergency C-section. Our son was born at 1 lb 9 oz . His estimated gestational age was 24.3 weeks and 26.3 weeks from the insemination date. 3 days after Jaxen was born we were told he had grade 3 and 4 IVH (bleeding in the brain). At 5 days old the doctor on staff told us the chance of jaxen having a meaningful and purposeful life was extremely low and encouraged us to "discontinue care" and let him pass...our resonse was that God sent this precious child to us for a reason...THIS IS OUR JOURNEY !

21.7 oz. bread flour
4 tsp. Vital Gluten
2 tsp. salt
2 tbls. powdered milk
2 1/2 tbls. UNsalted butter
1 3/4 cups warm filtered water 90 Deg.
cut butter in slivers, will warm faster
All in container.
Then 1 1/2 tsp. yeast.
So you'll have a printable recipe.

Your son Jaxen is adorable and it sounds like he is doing well based on the last update. Doing the blogs is such a great way to share and be able to get your feelings out there.
