there seems to be a minor flaw in the plot - didn't James Sr. just buy the bottle of JD home from the liquor store right before they sat down? so how could it have been emptied and replaced by water as they said?

@RyanDelahunty so what was the grandad's name and what other bands has he played or sung in? the song "To Henry With Hope" as always been one of my favorites ever since i heard it on the Lost Jukebox series but there ain't too much info of the band on the web.

the TV-broadcasted episodes are too heavily edited (pieces cut) in order make room for their tons and tons of commercials. it seems like every program on TV today is 50/50.

some should recognize Mr. Barnes (dad character) as half of the pair of jive guys in both "Airplane" movies.
