But nick hey man I like ya and im a teen bodybuilder myself and have to disagree with how u said to do the standard bench press. Most bodybuilders never have an arch in your back, that Is actually wrong form, ur back is suppose to stay on the bench no matter what.

@stallionsm8atwill No bodynuilders use the smith machine allot cuz it is better consentration on that muscle, with free weight its a combo of balancing the weight as well, with smith its all focus on the chest.

Nick needs to tell that kid to bring those dumbells down lower to get that full stretch in the pecs to really hit the upper chest, and Nick just sayin, try and watch how much your back is arching when your doing your incline press man.

I wish we could see Rocky fight Joe in both their primes now that would be a fight! It's like seeing George Foreman vs. Mike Tyson in his prime or Ali vs. Mayweather in their primes! Great fights to see!
