regarding your comment on D'Angelo's "Chicken Grease" --- Jawkjaw, ahh yes - typical internet ignoramous. fyi, chicken grease refers to a diminished 9th Minor Chord that is played from 1:04 - 1:10. This 9th minor chord, along with the entire genres of jazz, rock&roll, r&b, hip-hop, and blues are part of the rich cultural heritage of American music that African Americans have been key contributors too. So I guess although you're an ignoramous, you are right. ...very African American indeed.
