■ Base | - Use a 1.5 inch circle pattern to cut out a circle out of the fabric. - Cut 10 inches of thread and insert it through the eye of the needle. - Pull the thread and tie a knot with the ends. - Stitch the border of the circle by bringing the needle up through the fabric, then down again and then up again; pull the thread and repeat. - Once finished, pul the thread to create a ruffled look. - Insert polyfill inside the fabric, pull the thread and tie a knot in the final stitch to secure it and cut the thread.
■ Circles | - Cut out about 5 strips with these dimensions (14-inches wide , 2-inches height) - Fold the fabric in the middle and continue folding. Cut out a couple of circles and repeat until you have about 25-30 circles.
■ Petals | - Apply hot glue at the center of the fabric. crunch it and hold for 5 seconds. - Then repeat with all the circles.
■ Flower | - Apply hot glue at the bottom of the petal and glue it to the base. - Repeat until you cover all the base. Once finished, trim it until desired shape.
■ Chain | - Measure 15 inches of chain and using the wire cutter, cut the chain. - Then, use the wire cutter to hold the jump ring and the pliers to open it. - Attach the clasp and one of the ends of the chain to the jump ring; close the jump ring to secure it. - Make a small cut to one of the petals and pass the chain through it. - Join the clasp to the other end to close the necklace and WEAR!
