I'm a writer, living in Spain, with four books published, including the best-seller 'Duende' about my search for flamenco. I've also written 'Andalus' about the hidden legacy of the Moors in Spain and Europe, and 'Guerra' about the Spanish Civil War. More recently I've written about my life on a mountain farm in eastern Spain, planting trees and learning about the local customs, in 'Sacred Sierra: A year on a Spanish mountain'.
