Too bad when they boot a car they get the license plate and VIN #...... So not only does he still get his parking ticket. But also a boot removal ticket and obstruction of justice. (assuming people in that area are smart enough to write that info down...)

Dont take this as fact but from the stories i've heard (Some from police officers in other agencies) The police officers were worried about the vehicle exploding or smoke inhalation. So yes they were trying to move him. But given the extent of the injuries it was a unanimous decision not too.Give...
