There is no reason to have over 20% crit because bgs always have someone that gives 5% crit.. Frost mages aren't supposed to cast unless their targets frozen(thus mastery is much better) but if you have a focus/mouseover for impact it's super good in bgs. Just saying you might wanna give it a try...
