About Manda in Japan!
I stayed in Japan for 2 weeks (July-August 2008) with no itinerary whatsoever. I simply wanderered wherever my heart (or stomach) took me.
I went alone with a student budget, and only a camping backpack and a laptop/school backpack. I bought the pullman luggage much later. I took with me 1 pair of shorts, 2 tank tops, 1 sweater, 1 pair of jeans, 1 pair of black dress pants, 2 bras, 5 pairs of underwear, 4 pairs of socks, 1 pair of runners, 1 pair of flip flops, and 1 pair of black dress shoes.
In total, including the Japan Rail Pass ($475), Cell phone bill ($400)... the two week trip cost me around $3500 CAD.
Finding 2 weeks to go off by myself across the world was quite a feat, especially being a student and all. However...
I am planning to try to hit 5 different continents in 5 years. My next continent is South America, most likely Peru. The videos will be uploaded under a different channel with a similar name. Keep watching and enjoy!
