update 9/21/2011: hello again everyone! time certainly has been flying and i'm still in a state of flux (LOL). the heart issue is now under control for the most part, i've been unemployed for almost eight months now, i've been to chicago to take two professional makeup courses, i've moved and my daughter has gotten married (mom designed/made the dress), so you can pretty much tell that i haven't been "just sitting around". have been applying for beauty counter jobs everywhere--so far no luck, but i know that something big is going to happen for me soon! have also been working slowly but surely on building my brand for my freelance makeup business. i am now making it my business to also get back on the YouTube video track! to all of my new subbies: thank you so much for subscribing and i hope that you've enjoyed watching my existing videos and to my my faithful, long time subscribers: thank you for hanging in with me through this time. i promise that new material is coming soon! blessings to all of you and check me out on Facebook (janel justperfectbeauty porter) and Twitter (jp6275) and my blog (Levels of Beauty)! blessings and much love to you all!

update 5/17/2010: hello everyone--blessings to you all. i know that i've been missing in action recently (except for a couple of quick drop-ins). i have been checking to see what's new in YouTube land almost daily; however, i've really not had the time to do videos consistently (BOO-HISS! LOL) i really do apologize for this and i hope that you all understand that i haven't forgotten about you...there are only so many hours in a day and with me battling a heart issue right now, i've just not had much extra energy to devote to making videos. i will be back in full force hopefully sooner rather than later. for now, keep your heads up and keep it all movin' in the right direction. to my new subscribers, THANK YOU SO MUCH! and i will hopefully see all of you very soon!
