I'm a Marfling with a laundry list of medical maladies. I'm just ill enough that if you're not Sherlock Holmes level observant you may never notice - which can be very problematic - especially when it comes to the visual impairment. And by Marfling I mean I have Marfan Syndrome -which means I was born this way and no you cannot catch 'it'. Hah. In other words - -I have been torn up from toes to top since birth. ..
I am an author of short prose, books for children, and lots of poetry.
I did my Eng. Lit Senior Seminar Project on Sylvia Plath's novel The Bell Jar and one of her stories for children - which explains quiet a bit I think.
I volunteer however I can -
I am an actress because being anyone else is simpler than being myself...
I am eccentric and eclectic. I love Billy Shakes and End Game. I love Grieg and Def Leppard. Some nights Depeche Mode lull me to slumber - other nights a medieval choir may sing me to sleep.
Though I may dream of flight - I always know when to plant my hobbled feet firmly on the ground. But when I look to the stars I see Van Gogh's The Starry Night - and those stars look close enough to touch....
