Background

Jamie Corstorphine has been playing drums for as long as he can remember, The 32 year old who grew up in St. Andrews, Scotland has played in many bands over the years "Fine tuning" his own unique playing style.

Jamie is self taught on the drum kit and when playing live "hits the drums generating the same force as a road smash" Although he is always in control of his playing as he spent many years playing in The 1st St. Andrews Boys Brigade Pipe Band as a side drummer and he is always first to give full credit to Sandy and Mark Bain for getting him started in his drumming career.

During Jamies Career he has played in many venues around the U.K some of the larger venues include The Barrowland, Box, Barfly, Capitol, Bellahouston Park, The classic grande, Sloans ballrom and the Secc in Glasgow, Princess Street gardens in Edinburgh The Caird Hall and Fat Sams Live in Dundee.The Cavern in Liverpool, Hyde park in London and Doncaster racecourse.
