Salieri got what he deserved he treated Tommy like crap he ripped him off when he'd done so much work to made Salieri don of Lost Heaven. Fair enough Tommy didnt kill those two people but Frank was going to cause any further problems.

The reason he didnt hit him is because he had trouble actually killing him not because his targeting system didnt work.

There seems to be alot of argument about the message this film sends about crime. To me it says that crime dosent pay that the risks far outweigh the benefits. Carlito is unique because hes survived alot longer than he should have. Most of them die suddenly over the money Carlito's just been luck...
