Saints Gym in Plymouth on Mutley Plain now called (Taurus Gym) which still is a very good gym to train at, lots of nice people there and i feel its a great privilege to train there as well :)

Hi Xcellfitnessindia quick question what weight shall i bench press for getting the cut look on the pecs i dont want to get (big) just as you say 'lean' so that would be 4 or 5 sets with 12 repetitions of what weight kg or in the multi gym you have number from 1 to how many thanks :)

These guys were fuckin awesome PERIOD. I dont care what anyone says towards tribute bands the did a great job when i saw them in Tavistock their backline was amazing and at the end they had some amazing pyro's awesome bangs ! and they were loud i mean loud people might say there shit but the end ...

@JikaB i guess that the first guitar he played the GNR solo on was in standard tuning his tech gave him the wrong guitar :S when he was meant to have the one tuned downed to e flat for the solo shit happens lol :)
