Try getting various types of foam to attach between your heli and your camera and try hard mounting it in various locations around the heli, you could find a sweet spot with little vibration. good luck, say hi to Hayden

This is not tilt shift, but a filter effect that creates a not even close to tilt shift effect, you should call it selective blur
