2 huge servings of spinach or brocolli with 2 eggs per serving and butter or cream cheese
rotate workouts one day uppper body one day lower repeat
on pig out days i go for haagen dasz icecream or ben and jerrys something with high fat compared to its sugar content. i pig out on some days for the hell of it sometimes but make good use of the extra calories. best to keep fat and protien still high
