about the MV of "Ugly" by 2NE1:
In the beginning, they have masks on to represent that they are UGLY and stay hidden, from the world. But they slowly take off the masks, showing them their true selfs, to show the world that aren't UGLY. The tattoos and hairstyles are suppose to represent UGLY. But they are accepting themselves. And the explosion an the end is suppose to symbolize them throwing away their insecurities
I applaud YG for taking his time to send a message not 2NE1 just dancing and singing along, like in most kpop.
about Park Bom's "You & I"
They are in love, and he has a terminal illness. She tries to make him as happy as possible. He tries to commit suicide on the stairs, but couldn't bring himself to do it. Then at the end he dies. And the Korean writing in the book at the end says 'Sorry I couldn't protect you' ILY Park Bom!
