Hmmmm. I learned a few things. I didn't realize that inside and outside skirt steaks are different. Explains a few things. They cook the same, right? How do you tell them apart?
I wanted a better, lower, closer, brighter camera and maybe a bit more, um, script. However, Julie was fairly convincing and the food looks yummy, even if all food on Youtube is weird (and tiny.) Straight up Food TV doesn't seem quite like Js thing. It's too direct and too amateur--in a good way--for food TV. This ain't Iron cooking. It's a nice way to learn a recipe though. Thanks. More? |
