Straight out of Spanish Harlem, Born And Raise, you have me, Julio Gonzalez best known as Jae Gunz. Im very passionate when it comes to my craft, which happens to be rap ofcorse. I remember since a young buck, going from lunch room ciphers, to street rap battles, to open mics, to jumping in the booth and actually creating music. I first started writing at 13 but kept it on the hush, being shy and all. It wasn't until the age of 16 when I first showed off My lyrical talent. Back then, for me, that's all it was, just a talent to show off with. It wasn't until life changed and my understanding of reality altered. Now I use music to vent and reinvent new ideas, cultivating thoughts clearing my mind of past struggle and regret, in hopes of self improvement.

"My Transition" my first album , which is more like a personal journal of all my thoughts and emotions. This album would have to be one of the greatest projects i ever been apart of. and there will be more to come.
