The video was over 3 hours long, and my older brother came into the commentary without plugging in his mic, meaning I would have to transcribe all of his dialogue. These factors, along with school and procrastination, contributed to the long time it took to get it done.
Even after editing it, I only manged to cut it down to 2 hours and 1 minute...
except that I failed on beating Chapter 2 of Yuri's Sidestory earlier this morning <_<
