I figured it was about time I paid back Paula for all the help she's been giving me. She's a wonderful, perfect girl and I couldn't have been more lucky to have met her. She helps me with my writing, makes me laugh when I shouldn't be laughing, listens to my ideas for fanfiction - she's just always there when I need someone to talk to, when I need questions answered or when I can't seem to come up with a decision on my own. She's the gold coin in a chest of bronze, the Sam to my Dean, an infinite fountain of imagination and I don't know how I ever managed without her.
Luff you, Paula. ^^

so, now that I've completely embarrassed myself with that speech, onto the video: there's a reason there's no Doctor Who. If I'm being honest, I'm not actually that big of a fan of it at the moment, therefore I didn't want to vid it. I basically used the three shows that I liked, and that I knew Paula liked, and tried to capture as many friendships as possible. It's a little simple, the colouring kept going wrong, the ending is too abrupt and the voiceovers are atrocious, but I hope the heart-warming emotion came across.
(since when am I ever happy with anything I edit anyway.) xD

I figure that most of my last 1000 subscribers were for Sherlock, which gave me enough justification to make a Sherlock vid as my 5000 subs vid. Also, I just really really do not enjoy doing multifandoms. So there.
This isn't necessarily anything fancy for a celebratory vid, I just really wanted to make it.
Not meant to be seen as slash. Personally I think their friendship is epic as it is but of course everyone has their own opinion. See it as you will.
I tried a few little ways adding text to the dialog, but I didn't think any of it really fit, and more often than not, the text is just distracting anyways. If anyone wants the dialog typed out, let me know and I'll put it up tomorrow.
And again, sorry if some of the dialog is off. My Sony Vegas hates me. Like for reals.
Edit: Wow that does not read like a celebratory description....w00t for 5000 subscribers!!!

As soon as my essays were over I threw myself at this vid I was so excited about it!!! I guess I'm happy with how it turned out but I think I should have used more motion blur but that's just me being a perfectionist again!
I hope you all enjoy it because I just adore this song for them!
Oh and incase people who don't know the song have a hard time decoding the split screen parts, the black and white is Arthur's POV and the coloured are Merlin's.
Merlin's lyrics are: "All he wants is to chill out, makes me wanna pull all my hair out, like he doesn't even care"
Arthur's are: "She's way too serious, she's always in a rush, and interrupting, like she doesn't even care"

(I've started vidding SPN, only Dean/Castiel so far, working on a Sam/Dean journey video though and got an idea for a Sherlock/John video for in the future)
