JA empowers K-12 students to own their future economic success by enhancing the relevancy of education through volunteer delivered programs.
JA ignites the spark in students that inspires them to take a leadership role in their futures - to be self-advocates seeking their noble purpose in life. JA programs are delivered to students in Kindergarten through High School by volunteers in sequential grade specific lessons - volunteers add personal life experiences to JA's turn-key financial literacy curriculum and relationships are fostered over each of the classroom visits. JA has been empowering and inspiring students in Georgetown, Horry, Charleston, Berkeley, Dorchester, Hampton, Beaufort, Colleton, and Jasper counties since 1966. More info: www.JACoastalSC.org
