If I could share the MOST VALUABLE LESSONS that I've learned from almost half a century of life, it would be these: I hope it will be a blessing for you also:

❤ GREET EACH DAY AS A GIFT FROM GOD.
Notice the sun rising & birds singing. Birds never tire of the excitement of a new day & neither should you.
• Wake up & KNEEL DOWN & ASK GOD TO COME INTO YOUR LIFE,
to grant you PEACE, HEALING & DIRECTION.
God blesses us daily, but so often we fail to notice him.
• Ask God to help you to NOTICE HIM TODAY.

❤ GET UP OUT OF BED & MOVE even for 5 MINUTES: Stretching & Moving. Your body will thank you =)

❤ USE YOUR WORDS TO BLESS YOUR LIFE, NOT CURSE YOUR LIFE.
When you wake up, tell yourself THIS IS GOING TO BE A BEAUTIFUL DAY, that something WONDERFUL is going to happen!
Look in the mirror & say YOU ARE A CHILD OF GOD & that he leads & guides you. Always speak out blessings with your words. Tell your loved ones they are blessed & will do amazing things. Tell yourself
these same things, for THERE IS A GREAT POWER & A BLESSING IN YOUR WORDS.

❤ Eat & drink FOOD MADE BY GOD.
Water, fruits, vegetables, eggs, milk, fish, chicken, beef.
As much as possible, stay away from food in boxes, packages, or cans.
DRINK WATER (NOT SODA) Soda causes weight gain.
Even Coffee & Tea can NOT REPLACE WATER.

❤ CAPTURE DAILY MOMENTS to share with those you love. That drive in the car, is time to laugh, sing & talk together.
EVEN A FEW MINUTES CAN MEAN THE WORLD.

❤ DON'T FRITTER AWAY YOUR TIME texting, emailing, listening to music, playing games, watching TV, & surfing the internet. INSTEAD, MAKE TIME TO TALK TO GOD (as you walk or drive, you can talk to God anywhere.) He will give you PEACE & DIRECTION.

❤ LET THE SCRIPTURES WATER YOUR SPIRIT. Even reading 1 verse of scripture a day will bring you a peace & direction & a connection to God.

❤ SEE YOURSELF BECOMING THE PERSON THAT YOU WANT TO BE. You are NOT TOO YOUNG, or TOO OLD to do what you've always wanted to do. On a personal note, I tried taking piano lessons when I was younger, but I didn't excel like I wanted to, so I thought I didn't have what it took to learn. It wasn't until late in college, that I tried again.
THIS TIME I ASKED GOD TO TEACH ME, & HE DID. Only recently, the joy of playing the guitar came in my forties,
SO REMEMBER, YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD TO LEARN. Youtube is a great resource for finding lessons of all kinds. ASK GOD TO GUIDE & TEACH YOU & HE WILL.

❤ DON'T LET THE SMALL STUFF STEAL YOUR JOY So often we let the little things get to us: the traffic, the heat, the noise, the messes. Yet if we could see these things in perspective, we'd know that everything is going to work out in the end. So when something comes up, ask yourself: how long it will take to resolve: minutes, hours, days, months, years?
Problems are often resolved by next week.

❤ SKIP TO THE LAUGHTER
Before marriage, we think everything will be perfect. Then we find out we still have disappointments, disagreements, & challenges. Then when we start a family, we have to clean up messes we never made, clean up diapers that leak, & are happy to catch puke from hitting the floor. This may discourage anyone from marriage or becoming a parent. But rest assured, these same stories that once made us cry, make us laugh today. So see these things in perspective. If you have to clean up a mess you didn't make, it means you have loved ones. If you have disagreements, it means you have someone in your life that you care about. If you didn't care, you wouldn't care. but you do, so rest assured that this relationship is worth fighting for.
Find the joy, find the humor in your differences, and SKIP TO THE LAUGHTER =)

❤ REACH OUT & MAKE A DIFFERENCE: THE 11 SECOND MIRACLE.
How long does it take to make a difference? Often only seconds of time.
Let someone ahead of you in traffic.
Pick up a piece of trash that you didn't drop.
Try to find ways that you can help someone on your journey.
We are ultimately the hands of Heaven;
The Angels sent by God.
You can be the answer to someone's prayer,
& it will be one of the most treasured moments of your life.

❤ GUARD YOUR MIND AGAINST NEGATIVE THOUGHTS & DON'T WASTE YOUR LIFE WORRYING. So often we go to bed worrying, then we wake up unrested & worried. Instead, TRUST that EVERYTHING will work out. And even if it doesn't seem to be working,  TRUST THAT IN TIME, EVERYTHING WILL BE MORE THAN OKAY. This is what it means to TRUST GOD & LAY YOUR BURDENS AT HIS FEET.
