@MusicalDesert, right on. Computers have been streamlined and made more accessible for a wider audience during the last 10 years. Wordperfect, Lotus 123, dBase etc. weren't windows-based programs but they were all we had before we got MS Word, Excel and Access.

It's funny that this chump thought Chris Hansen was a therapist and that he needed to talk to a psychiatrist about his "fantasties". I think that alone would help stop a lot of these kinds of incidents from happening.
