Instead of boring you with shit about me I'll give you a list of some anime series that I have truly enjoyed, and would love to share with you.
Even if you're not a huge fan of anime, I would still recommend giving these ones a chance.

My top 10 favourite anime shows

1. One Piece - This may seem like a pretty wacky anime to most people. Although it has it's silly moments, it also has some that are heart wrenching and many that really drive you to want to see what happens next! This was the first anime I ever watched. I'm sure this is why I value it so highly, but I really do love it and highly recommend it. Oh and Zoro is the shit!
2. Claymore - A spectacular anime about an organization of demon killers that takes place in a medieval era. They are feared among many, but give their lives to protect humanity from the creatures they battle. It is sad, action packed and quite gory.
3. Samurai Champloo - Truly an amazing anime based in the Edo period of Japan. Beautiful art style, plenty of action right to the end and a lovely story line. Everyone should see this one.
4. Samurai 7 - A truly great Anime, all around, that questions what is really right in way of the samurai.
5. Death Note - The most beautiful, artistic, psychotic, instantly classic anime out there I can guaranty. It is a fantastic battle of wits between the greatest minds. This is a must see.
6. Texhnolyze - This cyberpunk style show follows the story of a self destructing city. The characters are very animal in nature. It is a disturbing and depressing series, but amazing just the same.
7. Avatar - Okay I know it's an English anime, but wow is it addicting a pretty damn good O_O I, myself, was quite surprised. It is funny, clever, well animated and a pleasure to watch.
8. Mushishi - This is about a strange traveling man that exorcises spirits that are causing trouble for people. It is quite unique and relaxing to watch. It is well presented and anecdotal.
9. Ultimate Survivor Kaiji - The animation is wild, the story is intense and it never stops. Kaiji struggles constantly throughout this show to get out of the metaphorical hole he is constantly falling in. Gambling his way to the top will he win it all or fall into debt hell?
10. Serial Experiments Lain - This show features a young girl that becomes very intertwined with technology. Within the unusual series there is a fine line between what is reality and what is the online world of the wired. I found this show to be absolutely fantastic.

These are the ones I liked the most. Check out those 10, I can guaranty you will, at least, find one you really enjoy, if you haven't already seen them all like me!
