PC, Mac, tab, pad, smartphone, digicam, mp3 player, printer, app, android, software, hardware, updates, drivers, browsers, viruses, spam, and this list can go on literally forever. An average home user spends, anywhere between $117.00 to $251.00, every year on tech support. And if more than one issue arises then the cost keeps going up. Sometimes things go wrong and troubleshooting has to be performed by experts and of course you should not attempt these yourself unless under the supervision of said experts.
However, the more common issues or needs can be taken care of with a dash of knowledge, a splash of help and a pinch of guidance. Welcome to one of iYogi's channels on YouTube where have provided quick videos with step by step guides on how to fix, install, customize and setup things the way you like it.
Subscribe, search, 'Like' or follow and in future you'll pay for tech support only when you truly need professional tech support.

Hey thank you again for your help earlier your advice fixed the problems that I was experiencing. I am writing you now because I am now experiencing a HUGE problem I have a HP DV2000 laptop running windows 7 home and what is happing is while I am using the laptop it will randomly just switch off and the screen goes all staticy and and puts a weird sound through the stereo the static is multicolor red purple little greenand yellow and the only way to fix this is manually shutting it down which I know is not good but when you turn it back on it is back to normal but immediately every time when I first log in at reboot(not when starting from hibernate) a message saying.......................................... error locating class: com/zecter/app/Application. In a little bubble window I dont know what it means I am hoping you do and if it has any thing to do with the problem I am having. So any help you can lend would be greatly NEEDED&appreciated.
