Ivy Tech Community College-Northeast is located in Fort Wayne, Ind., and serves nine counties in northeast Indiana. It is the second largest region in the Ivy Tech system and has grown from 131 students in 1969 to nearly 12,000 students enrolled in seven schools in 2011. With recent growth and record enrollment, Ivy Tech-Northeast expanded its physical boundaries to the North Campus -- just a half-mile north of the Coliseum Campus building. This has provided room for additional classroom and laboratory space; growth for schools, departments, and offices; and student life and campus activity space. The North Campus currently consists of five Ivy Tech buildings -- The Steel Dynamics, Inc. Keith E. Busse Technology Center, Student Life Center, Harshman Hall, Carroll Hall and College Services Building.
