The most I have ever personally done on a dumbell curl (supinating with semi-strict form) is 110 for 2 or 3 reps... can't remember exactly. I don't do them too often since strongman training is very taxing on the biceps in it's own right.
I train with Josh Thigpen every so often and he has some of the strongest biceps I have ever seen in person. While I do not know what his best dumbell curl is I pesonally watched him, in my own garage, curl 225 for 5 strict reps on a straight bar after a Strongman event training day.
