You need to look at a timeline. FN Mag---->M60---->M240. So in a way the FN MAG was a predecessor to the M240, but indirectly. It was first adapted into the M60 by Americans in the early 60's. The design was further modified into what it is today (M240) in the mid to late 80's.

@BloodSonicFlux Thanks for taking the time for your critique. Feedback like that means alot. Most of the people who I show some of my music to are close friends, so getting a more unbiased opinion lets me know what I need to improve. Once again, thanks for your feedback, I'll keep it in mind.
