This is a stop motion sample of Tiana's freestyling session. She executed the full choreography to perfection!
Malcolm Stuart and Beka of ihoopu have created a choreography to the unreleased theme song "Hooping Life" by Basement Jaxx for The Hooping Life film (you are hearing the beats only, the full song will be available soon). The filmmakers are currently working with Basement Jaxx. You can be part of it.
This is an invitation for you to be in the video by learning the choreography. We have posted 3 versions of the choreography. Check them out on our channel. And we have drills when you are stuck.
How does it work?
1/ Learn any of the three versions of the choreography that are posted on this channel.
You can also go freestyle.
2/ Film yourself doing the choreography or freestyling.

Just some snippets from messing around. Nothing is altered or edited, besides the way I sloppily slam clips together.
Some thoughts:
Find what puts you in flow and you'll love yourself the way you'd love the universe, as it is, for all that it is. So, I'll turn myself on at every opportunity, which is to say now. Expressing, expanding, exhaling, each moment. I am grateful.
