About this user

I reached my highest weight in 2007 (250lbs) after my son was born. I had struggled my entire life with exercise and food and decided that it was the right time for a positive change. I began slowly by walking an hour a day and sticking to a high protein and veggie diet. The lbs shed and I ended up at 145lbs. Once I reached my goal weight, I began to slip back into old habits: less exercise and high fatty, sugary foods. Over time, I packed on the lbs and have ended up at 167lbs. My goal is to get back down to 145lbs and be toned and sexy for my graduation from nursing school in april/ may.
