iTrain is a subscription-based program in which personalized workouts are downloaded to your MP3 player of choice. You're coached over the headphones while you participate in any number of exercises, including treadmill, elliptical, cycling, strength training, pilates, yoga and ballet workouts.

Hollywood fitness expert Grace Lazenby, who has trained celebrities and has her own exercise video series, is the brainchild behind iTrain. She partnered with an entertainment industry executive who helped her create her newest product, which has garnered the attention of Courteney Cox and the Pussycat Dolls.

iTrain aims to democratize personal training, by talking you through workouts created by fitness experts. It was also created to prevent the usual boredom that ensues after you have been exercising to a particular routine and have found yourself yawning during the workout.
