Northern Italian Bread and Pastry shop established in 1978 in Victoria. Adhering to old world methods and recepies, we strive to continue the baking tradition that began with my Alberto's grandfather, Ovidio Piana, and his pastry shop opened 1921 in Torino. Scratch baking is our forte with deep knowledge in breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, gelato and savoury creations.
