Happiness is where one feels at peace with himself and the world, one can also define it in material terms but that is only for those who have not attained that material, usually once the material is gained the goal post shifts. researchers say people spend too much time worrying about achieving professional and monetary goals that may never bring them true happiness. for instance look at the world celebrities , they start seeking happiness else where by becoming homosexuals, cosmetic surgery, others want to stay young all their life none of them has ever attained it. happiness is not your clothes, shoes, your looks and other peoples in your life or anything that is on the outside. its all about what is inside or more directly how you THINK.
