i agree to disagree on the first question...i agree that you may not gain as much muscle when you run and lift weights...but as an all life soccer player...running and lifting weight its a must...(soccer player legs are the best overall in my opinion) and soccer players dont really focus on lifti...

i actually envy this guys genetic...he may have the ability to bulk and not gain hardly any fat...it is really hard for people to have bad genetics...anyone with bad genetics can build muscle...i think he can be a ripped dude...with some size...it takes time...keep it up bro :D
