You can chose a theme for your video (like Saturday Morning TV, Happy Bunny, Star Trek, Stick Figures, etc.). Each character has a list of actions that you can chose for them to do. You can give them word balloons, or even make them speak! You can even upload props, music and sounds from your computer! Hope this helps.
