Eggs and butter are pure,natural,healthy food items. I groan when i here that kind of 80,s talk, especially since it usually comes from people whose food habits I happen to know. Pepsi Max and a pizza bun for lunch,like. Not to mention the snacks of psychedelic colored candies throughout the day.

I lived in Assisi for over 2 years. It was so beautiful there. I loved Le Marche. Boy, do I miss the food there. Gorgeous artichokes and fresh produce,salumi, but I soooo miss la burrata! What I wouldn,t do for one of those little lumps of heaven right now!

Goose is awsome. I started cooking it 2 years ago and can,t waite til xmas to get my hands on the next one. The fat is pure gold, and the leftover bones make a gorgeous broth that i freeze to make into delicious soups. It,s well worth the money if you use the whole bird.
