My name is Janell Smith, I am an Entrepreneur, I have owned my Personal Training Business for over 10years (Body&Soul and Iron Dragon Fitness), Fitness and Martial Arts are a big part of who I am. I am also the Demonstration Team/Stunt Team Director for Grandmaster Wonik Yi and the Tukong Warriors, www.masteryi.com and Director of FightingStunts.com To learn more about us please go to our websites. I also do Public Relations work for my Grandmaster. I take my training and teaching very seriously (2002 National Taekwondo Champion and Two Time Texas State Champion). I have taught every type of fitness class in Austin and all of Central Texas. As Demo Director we have performed demos in the Austin area for the past 2 years. I am also a Presenter for the International Sports Conditioning Association. (ISCA) My current pursuits are in Film making. I have Co-Produced 10 short films and 1 Feature and currently in Pre-pre Production on my next major Film Project which is called "Templar" Honor Among Thieves.
