If you want to beat your kids legally, move to Canada. It's legal here as long as you use 'reasonable and necessary force' and don't go overboard. Trust me, I looked it up in the Criminal Code Of Canada. Oh ya, and other people like teachers, babysitters or anyone in charge of your child can whoo...
