The violinist IRINA MARIA LUPESCU (born 1979, September the 23 rd -- Bucharest ) began the violin at the age of 5. She graduated "GEORGE ENESCU" Music Highschool from Bucharest with Prof. Univ. OCTAVIAN RATIU. Now, she is a graduate,and Master Degree at the Jerusalem Music Academy at the class of Maestro AVY ABRAMOVICI -- Head of the Strings Departament.IRINA MARIA LUPESCU got many national and international prizes and performed concerts and recitals in Romania, Denmark, France, Check Republic, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Greece and Israel.She, also, participated to many concerts in Israel and abroad with the Jerusalem Music Academy`s Chamber Orchestra under the baton of famous conductors as: MENDI RODAN, AVNER BYRON,ILAN SHUL;European Youth Chamber Orchestra (EYCOS),conductor RENEE STAAR;L'Orchestre des Jeunes de la Mediterranee(OJMED),conductor ROLAND HAYRABEDIAN; The Israel Northern Symphony Haifa, conductor NOAM SHERIFF; The Kibbutz Chamber Israel, conductor Yaron Gottfried.The violonist IRINA MARIA LUPESCU has a rich and varied repertoire of chamber music by TARTINI, MOZART, BEETHOVEN, SCHUBERT, SCHUMANN, GRIEG, CEAIKOVSKI, BRUCH, ELGAR, HINDEMITH, MILHAUD, MASSENET, PROKOFIEV, GEORGE ENESCU, PAUL CONSTANTINESCU, ERWIN JUNGER and others.
