Tavi Parusel is a young filmmaker who is passionate in creating films that inspire, motivate and move people.

Since a young age Tavi has had strong interest in film, which led him to become an actor for many years. But he was keen on telling real life stories. This led him to becoming a recent graduate of the Capilano University Documentary Program. He has been a director, cinematographer and editor on numerous film projects within the university.

During Tavis upbringing his stepfather led a global expedition with a group of youth, going from the North Pole to the South Pole under human power to raise awareness on environmental issues. Tavi was engaged in this project throughout his youth and this has given him a strong passion towards making this world a more sustainable place to live. He recently completed a documentary on this pole-to-pole project and hopes that it will bring further awareness on environmental issues to the general public.
